1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a wash, signing up for a VIP Unlimited Membership, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. VIP Unlimited Membership & Billing
- Memberships are billed monthly on the same calendar date you signed up, to the payment method on file, until you cancel.
- Payment setup is completed in person with our cashier after online signup. Your membership is not active until payment is on file and your RFID tag is issued.
- Plan upgrades and downgrades take effect within 7 days of the request.
- If a monthly payment fails, membership benefits are suspended until the balance is settled.
3. Cancellation
- All personal memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel anytime online or in store.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of your renewal date may still be charged for the current billing cycle.
- No refunds are issued for partial months or unused washes.
4. Membership Usage Rules
- Memberships include one wash per day per enrolled vehicle.
- Memberships are vehicle-specific and non-transferable. Your license plate is recorded for license plate recognition (LPR) and fraud control.
- Sharing or transferring your RFID tag to another vehicle may result in immediate termination of the membership without refund.
5. Family Add-On
A second vehicle may be added to a membership as a Family Add-On. Both vehicles must be billed to the same credit card on file. To use a different card, please visit us in person.
6. Vehicle Condition & Damage Claims
- Please remove loose items, antennas, and aftermarket accessories before washing. We are not responsible for items left in or on the vehicle.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including loose trim, prior body damage, aftermarket parts, or worn paint.
- Any damage claim must be reported to a manager before leaving the premises so we can review it with you the same day.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your wash, tell us before you leave and we will make it right.
8. Hours & Availability
We may close or limit services due to weather, maintenance, or events beyond our control. Membership fees are not refunded or prorated for such closures.
9. Communications
If you opt in during signup, we may send you SMS and email messages about your membership, receipts, and promotions. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to texts or using the unsubscribe link in emails.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
